*Check-in/check-out time at all properties is at 1200 Hrs (Noon).

*A triple room does not necessarily consist of three separate beds; it may include one double bed and one rollaway bed or mattress.

*We will not bear any costs for flights cancelled or delayed due to bad weather or any other reason provided by the airline.

*Costs for accommodation and transport in such cases will be borne by the passenger.

*There will be no refund for roadblocks due to natural calamities. The cost of alternate accommodation due to such situations should be borne by the passenger directly

*A 25% advance (non-refundable) must be deposited at the time of booking confirmation, with the balance of 75% due one month prior to arrival.

*The cost of children between 5 to 8 years (without bed only) and children above 12 years will be charged at applicable adult rates. For an extra bed, kindly consider the cost of the extra bed.

*Children below 5 years of age will be complimentary without an extra bed.

*A maximum of 6 passengers can be accommodated in one vehicle (Xylo or Innova Similar).

*Any additions in tax or fuel charges imposed by airlines or transport companies will be chargeable to group members.

*All expenses not included in the package cost must be paid directly by the tourist at the time of checkout.

*All tourists are advised to take comprehensive insurance on their own.
