Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The cancellation policy applies to the full tour price, including transportation, hotels, and other services, regardless of any flight or train cancellations affecting tour operations.

For package cancellations:

• A non-refundable amount of Rs. 2500/- Per Person will be charged for cancellations made prior to the operation of the booked tour.
• 30 to 26 days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 25% of the total tour cost
• 25 to 16 days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 50% of the total tour cost
• 15 to 8 days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 75% of the total tour cost
• 7 to 0 days prior to the operation of the booked tour or No Show: 100% of the total tour cost

During high peak season periods, specific hotel cancellation policies apply. In such cases, hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of the Hotel Voucher.

Amendment:

Minor amendments can be made once the tour is booked, but date changes and similar modifications will incur an amendment fee of INR 5000.00 plus actual expenses incurred due to the amendment, which will vary case by case.
